The Moment Group is seeking a Commercial Head to steer strategic marketing direction, drive growth, and optimize profitability. You will report to the Owner and shape budgets, ROI models, and monetization opportunities to strengthen brand and topline performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in Marketing, Commercial, Business Development, or Growth roles.
• Strong experience in developing and executing high-level marketing and commercial strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing significant marketing budgets and evaluating the ROI of marketing investments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, profitability, topline growth, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to identify and develop monetization and growth opportunities.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing and commercial strategy in alignment with the Company's growth and business objectives.
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Owner on marketing performance, commercial opportunities, growth initiatives, and investment decisions.
• Translate business priorities into clear, actionable marketing and commercial plans.
• Lead strategic discussions and decision-making regarding brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, market expansion, and revenue generation.
• Oversee the planning, allocation, and optimization of the marketing budget and spending.
• Ensure a strong understanding of the cost-benefit impact of marketing investments and recommend where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
• Monitor the relationship between marketing spend and topline growth, ensuring investments contribute to measurable business results.
• Analyze P&L performance and work with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Establish a clear ROI framework for marketing and commercial initiatives.
• Develop clear success metrics for marketing initiatives and ensure regular monitoring of performance.
