Responsibilities

• Manages the day‑to‑day operation of the Accounting & Finance Department.
• Ensures compliance with accounting standards.
• Manages the finance team to ensure accomplishment of target goals.
• Prepares compliance reports.
• Maintains records of all financial transactions.
• Prepares periodic financial reports and finalization of monthly financial closing and submission to the Parent Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting
   • Management and reconciliation of accounts maintained by the Company.
   • Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reports on a periodic basis.
2. Compliance
   • Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, and board of directors.
   • Coordinate financial statements and audit with external and internal auditors.
3. Control & Monitoring
   • Creates and manages policies and procedures related to asset safeguarding.
   • Ensure continuous implementation of policies and procedures within the department.
   • Accurate processing and control of financial data and records.
   • Supervision of day‑to‑day finance activities.
4. School Management System Adaption
   • Smooth execution of SMS routines
5. Accounting Staff Support
   • Timely feedbacks to the staff
