I-Serve360 Corporation seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead all operational aspects from the Bicol Region. This full-time executive role focuses on driving efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring execution of the business plan to support growth and market leadership.

The COO will oversee sales, logistics, finance basics, HR policies, and cross-functional coordination, while optimizing processes and controls to achieve cost efficiencies and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
• 3–5+ years in operations management or a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join I-Serve360 Corporation on a full-time basis, based in the Bicol Region. As Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy. • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Experience in the sales or service coordination industry would be advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and Microsoft Office applications
