Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities in Sorsogon, Bicol Region. This on-site, full-time role will supervise staff, ensure safety, and optimise productivity to meet service standards.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, and support process improvements while liaising with other departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Sorsogon, Bicol Region. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse facility. As Assistant Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse whilst contributing to the strategic objectives of our logistics and distribution network. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and optimising warehouse productivity to meet our service excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution of receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching operations

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies

Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to health and safety regulations, standard operating procedures and company policies

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and optimal use of storage space

Assist in training and mentoring warehouse personnel on proper handling procedures and equipment operation

Support the Warehouse Manager in planning and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules and report any equipment issues or defects

Track and report on key performance indicators including order fulfilment rates, damage rates and safety metrics

Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery

Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer complaints and discrepancies in a timely manner

What we’re looking for

Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems and material handling equipment

Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team whilst maintaining high standards of performance

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively

Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations

Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Physical fitness and capability to perform warehouse duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

Certification in occupational health and safety or forklift operation would be advantageous
