Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay Resort and Spa seeks an experienced kitchen professional to uphold top-tier food preparation and service in our kitchens on Boracay Island. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards in meats, seafood, and overall menu execution.

Ideal candidates have strong meat/seafood preparation skills, solid knowledge of hygiene practices, and the arithmetic ability for ordering and stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-standard food prep and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of meats and seafood cuts and preparations.
• Understanding of basic food hygiene procedures.
• Ability to perform arithmetic for ordering and inventory.

DUTIES

To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.

Requirements

• Must have basic knowlegde of food hygiene procedures.
• Highly experienced in the same capacity preparing meats, poultry, seafood.
• Knowledge of all meats / seafood cuts and preparations.
• Arithmetic skills and ordering procedures a must.
