Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will maintain the food preparation process in line with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards and support the Sous Chef in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel, a passion for high-quality food, and fluency in English. You should be a self-starter, a team player, and willing to work shifts within our hospitality environment.

• Fluency in English and local language.
• Strong commitment to high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly.
• Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section.
• Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team.
• Support the Sous Chef on daily operation.
