Job summary

TTEC in Bacolod is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative to assist customers with email hosting and messaging platforms. You'll provide first-level technical support and help resolve issues via chat, email, or other digital channels.

The role involves diagnosing basic to moderately complex email problems, guiding customers through solutions, documenting interactions, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. A high school diploma and basic IT knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting is a plus, BPO experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and account setup.
• Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex email-related issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear communication.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
