- This is a non‑voice data‑entry and writing type of customer service or back‑end support job done through chat and email in a BPO call centre setting.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web‑based chat program or via e‑mail.
