Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Email and/or Chat Support experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Willing to work nights and weekends.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Experience with subscription services is a plus.
- Professional ethics and teamwork.
- Proficient with Windows/Mac OS and internet.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries regarding subscriptions via chat and email.
- Attend to billing concerns.
- Resolve billing disputes.
