• Experience with MIS reporting and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing KPI’s for PAN India
• Drive strategy to increase premium, market share and productivity via channel managers and business team
• Track sales performance through MIS to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers
• Assist and train business team for new and existing products or processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
• Launch monthly channel goal sheets and prepare performance updates
• Analyze channel inputs to improve performance and meet objectives
• Deliver data and analytics to meet ad-hoc channel requests
• Manage multiple stakeholders and multitask effectively
