Job summary

Aice Philippines Ice Cream Inc. is looking for a Channel Development Lead to drive the rollout and growth of ambient mochi products across the Philippine market.

You will create and optimize distribution channels, partner with distributors and key accounts, and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets. You will coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Production, and Finance to ensure successful launches, inventory control, and market responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the channel development, sales planning, and business expansion of ambient mochi products in the Philippine market, driving the category from initial launch to market growth.
• Develop suitable sales channels based on product characteristics, including but not limited to modern trade, convenience stores, traditional trade, wholesalers, distributors, e-commerce, schools, corporate accounts, and other special channels.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts, and build a stable and sustainable channel network.
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies, pricing structures, promotional programs, and customer development plans.
• Closely monitor product listing, sell-out performance, inventory, collections, and customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collect market information on consumer demand, competitors, pricing, packaging, flavors, and channel practices, and provide recommendations for product improvement and new product development.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Production, Finance, and other relevant teams to support product launches, order fulfillment, and sales target achievement.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, channel development updates, and market analysis reports, and take ownership of sales performance.
