Responsibilities

• Lead the channel planning, customer development, and sales growth of ice cream cake products in the Philippine market, and establish an effective sales model and channel network.
• Develop channels and consumption occasions suitable for ice cream cakes, including supermarkets, cake shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate accounts, birthday and celebration occasions, e-commerce platforms, and food delivery channels.
• Develop and maintain key accounts, distributors, and business partners, and drive product listing, merchandising, promotions, and sustainable sell-out.
• Develop sales programs, bundled offers, promotional campaigns, and channel cooperation models around birthdays, holidays, family gatherings, and other consumption occasions.
• Coordinate and monitor freezer usage, cold-chain delivery, inventory, product quality, and storage conditions to ensure proper handling throughout the sales process.
• Track sales performance, sales per outlet, inventory turnover, returns, and product losses, and continuously improve channel productivity and quality.
• Collect market information on competing brands, cake pricing, product specifications, consumer preferences, and channel feedback, and provide input for product and market strategy.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Production, Logistics, and other relevant teams to support product launches and sales target achievement.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, channel analysis, and business improvement recommendations, and take ownership of sales performance.
