Job summary

Viventis Search Asia seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive ambient mochi channel development in the Philippines. You will plan sales, expand distribution, and guide the product from launch to growth across modern and traditional trade, wholesale networks, and e-commerce.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Production, and Finance to support launches, order fulfilment, and target achievement; willingness to travel across the Philippines is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of FMCG/food sales experience in the Philippines, with channel development or regional sales management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine modern and traditional trade networks.
• Experience launching new products and building distributor networks preferred.
• Strong skills in customer development, negotiation, sales planning, and data analysis.
• Results-driven with ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog; able to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales channels across modern trade, convenience stores, wholesale, distributors, e-commerce, and other channels.
• Identify and grow distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts; build a stable channel network.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies, pricing, promotions, and customer development plans.
• Monitor listings, sell-out, inventory, collections, and feedback; adjust strategies.
• Gather market data on demand, competitors, packaging, flavors, and channel practices; recommend product improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Production, Finance to support launches, orders, and targets.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, channel updates, and market analyses; own sales performance.
