Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
• Strong understanding of cash handling, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to guide teams and influence client engagement through effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
