Job summary

China Bank Group's Ormoc City Branch is seeking a Channel Manager who will be at the heart of branch operations, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately, professionally, and with care. You will guide and empower staff to promote our products, support cross-selling to meet client needs, and work closely with tellers, officers, and support teams to uphold compliance and branch goals.

This role reports to the Branch Head and requires strong communication and leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
• Solid grasp of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to bank policies and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across all currencies, accountable forms, securities and collateral.
• Guide branch staff to ensure operational excellence and full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Support marketing and cross-selling of products to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with other branches and support units to ensure seamless processes and consistent service quality.

About You and the Role

As our Channel Manager, you’ll be at the heartof branch operations, ensuring every transaction is handled with accuracy,professionalism, and care. You’ll also play a key role in empowering your teamto understand and promote our products so we can better serve our clients andachieve our branch goals together. This role reports to the Branch Head andworks closely with Tellers, Officers, and support teams across the bank—makingcollaboration and communication essential parts of your day.
