About You and the Role

As our Channel Manager, you'll be at the heartof branch operations, ensuring every transaction is handled with accuracy,professionalism, and care. You'll also play a key role in empowering your teamto understand and promote our products so we can better serve our clients andachieve our branch goals together. This role reports to the Branch Head andworks closely with Tellers, Officers, and support teams across the bank - makingcollaboration and communication essential parts of your day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managingday-to-day cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across allcurrencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
• Guidingand supporting branch staff to ensure operational excellence and fullcompliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Helpingdrive our marketing and sales efforts by cross-selling products andensuring the team understands how to position these offerings to meetclient needs.
• Coordinatingwith other branches and support units to ensure seamless processes, clearcommunication, and consistent service quality.
