Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Channel Manager for Cash Loan (CLX) to drive nationwide sales performance, translate targets into field strategies, and lead a team of Regional Performance Managers. You will focus on productivity, quality, and profitability of the CLX portfolio.

Responsibilities include coaching regional leaders, ensuring disciplined execution, and partnering with Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Training to strengthen portfolio quality. Strong analytics and Six Sigma are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing managers of managers.
• Strong background in consumer finance / lending sales.
• Experience translating strategy into field execution playbooks.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, performance diagnostics).
• Proven leadership experience in performance management.
• Strong background in sales performance management.
• Experience handling process‑driven sales products.
• Strong coaching background.
• Experience in cash loan products.
• Exposure to large, distributed sales networks.
• Experience working with Risk, Credit, and Product teams.
• Product launch or scale‑up exposure.
• Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Own nationwide sales performance, productivity, and efficiency of the Cash Loan (BAU) product.
• Cascade business targets and strategies to Regional Performance Managers and ensure disciplined execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (conversion, productivity, activation, penetration, and quality metrics).
• Identify performance gaps and deploy corrective action plans across regions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Performance Managers.
• Ensure alignment on priorities, execution standards, and performance discipline.
• Drive performance culture through regular reviews, calibration, and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance to Sales Network Code of Conduct, policies, and controls.
• Partner with Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Training to strengthen execution and portfolio quality.
• Drive standardization of performance management tools, rhythms, and reporting.
• Generate actionable insights using dashboards and field data.
• Recommend enhancements to incentives, campaigns, and operating models.
• Lead BAU optimization initiatives to improve sales yield and sustainability.
