Job summary

Bluehost in Cebu City is seeking a Channel Enablement Specialist to equip customer service and frontline teams with assets, scripts, and training to drive conversion and KPI attainment.

You will partner with Product, Marketing and Operations to design enablement programs and content, then roll them out across channels and measure impact.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or support, plus experience creating job aids, scripts and battlecards, plus strong MS Office and Canva/Piktochart skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or support experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Experience creating enablement materials such as job aids, scripts, objection handling material, battlecards, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and support enablement solutions for Newfold offers, tools, services, and programs.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to enable frontline teams with product knowledge.
• Create messaging, positioning and tools for programs and products sold by customer service channels.
• Drive initiatives to increase sales and cross-sell/upgrade assets across channels.
• Deliver frontline feedback to Product and Marketing leadership to improve tools and processes.
