Responsibilities

• Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
• Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
• Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs
• Ensure stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment
• Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
• Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area
