Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in account management or distributor / key accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels.
Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management.
Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs.
Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment.
Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team.
Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.
