Job summary

Unilever Philippines seeks a Channel Distributor Manager to drive profitable growth across strategic key accounts and distributor channels in the Visayas region. You will lead customer engagement, develop market expansion strategies, ensure operational excellence, and deliver sustainable results through strong commercial execution.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to optimize performance and build distributor capabilities for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in sales or commercial leadership.
• Experience with modern trade and distributor operations.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability targets across major accounts and distributor channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and decision-makers.
• Create and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and channel development programs.
• Lead promotional, distribution, and customer activation initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Coach distributor and customer-facing teams to improve execution.
