Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in FMCG or personal care is a plus.
• Willing to do field work; familiarity with assigned areas.
• Preferably located in Negros.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distributor operations and Field Sales teams to achieve sales targets, distribution objectives, and overall business goals of Cosmetique Asia Corporation
• Develop and implement channel development strategies by planning, organizing, and controlling sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to drive business opportunities and improve market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to ensure effective execution of trade programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews, and recommend action plans to optimize productivity and profitability.
