Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong. You will drive market growth through account solicitation and loan packaging, with cross-selling of CLG products and rigorous KYC compliance.

You will pre-screen loan applicants, support marketing promos, and maintain a quality loan portfolio while addressing client needs. On-site work is required; Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in banking or real estate sales preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably business course.
At least 3 years' sales experience in banking or real estate.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Sufficient product knowledge and knowledge in legal documentation.
Experience in credit evaluation would be an advantage.
Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

Account solicitation, manage and build the assigned channel and ensure that sizable share of the market is attained.
Loan packaging, cross selling of other CLG products to different sources or channel, pre-screening of accounts and ensuring proper KYC of accounts handled.
Implementation of marketing promos and programs that translate to the success in loan generation.
Ensure quality loan portfolio through proper pre-screening of loan applicants.
Address clients’ requests and concerns to meet client’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
