Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Channels AR Program Lead to manage accounts receivable operations for the Channel division, including credit, billing, tax, and reporting. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and channel teams to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with Oracle/Salesforce/Impartner, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial or sales/marketing analyst roles.
• Strong background in accounting and invoicing.
• U.S. tax experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, billing, and related financial processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AR compliance and tax-related processes.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Impartner is an advantage.
• Strong judgment and ability to identify and resolve complex account or process issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned reseller and end-user accounts including credit, collections, billing issues, and disputes.
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize financial and operational data for internal and external reporting.
• Support accounting and invoicing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Manage tax-related activities, including certificates, short pays, credits, research, audits, and reconciliations.
• Support U.S. tax-related processes and requirements, as applicable.
• Own refund processes, including documentation, adjustments, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and analyze financial data using advanced Excel and spreadsheet functions.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Support system administration activities, including user access, configuration, transaction approvals, testing, and issue resolution.
• Administer Salesforce and Impartner for Channel programs.
• Identify account discrepancies, dispute trends, system issues, and process gaps and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Drive process improvements and support policy and procedure development.
• Maintain accurate AR records and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Support ongoing data and reporting requirements for Channel sales campaigns and programs.
