GCash is seeking a seasoned Change Manager in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end change initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and smooth launches of new capabilities, processes, and systems.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. You will develop strategies, planChange readiness assessments, and drive training programs to minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder engagement during transformations.

• Proven change management experience in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to drive adoption and readiness across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and adoption of changes.
• Develop and implement change management plans aligned with launch timelines.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to build capabilities.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration and ensure smooth transitions from Go-Live to operations.
