GCash in Metro Manila is seeking a senior transformation lead to drive major strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

• Monitor the progress of initiatives, track KPIs and other metrics, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior leadership.

Duties And Responsibilities

KPIs

• Ensure consistency, alignment, and optimization of policies, processes, and initiatives across the NewBiz Group related to key strategic initiatives
• Optimize cost and maximize ROI for campaigns, special projects, and programs
• Helps oversee budgets across teams to ensure proper spending is in place
• Identify opportunities to optimize or automate processes that aims to improve customer experience and to achieve operational excellence
