Job summary

GCash in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive end-to-end change management for major product launches. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and smooth transitions from go-live to operations.

You will develop strategy, assess impact, organize resources, document processes, train users, communicate clearly, mitigate risks, and measure adoption with leadership influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• CCMP or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years in change management, PM, or organizational development with launch readiness experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines and stakeholder readiness.
• Identify and manage impact to people, processes and technology.

Does As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives. The role will require working with cross‑functional teams to ensure that they are ready and enabled to adopt the changes, while minimizing impact to business and operations to achieve business objectives

This involves end-to-end change management:

• Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines while ensuring readiness across stakeholders
• Change Impact Assessment: Identify and manage the impact of the changes to the people, process and technology
• Organizational Changes: Ensure that the organizational structure is aligned and sufficient resources are available to operationalize the change
• Process Documentation: Ensure that process changes are agreed and properly documented.
• Training: Identify training needs based on current skills and knowledge of the users and develop programs to build the capabilities required to navigate the change
• Communication & Engagement: Develop clear and consistent messages across the stakeholders. Ensure that the stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the change process
• Data Migration: Ensure that business can operate using migrated data
• Change Readiness Assessment: Ensure that the organization understands the changes and ready to accept them
• Adoption & Operationalization: Ensure the operationalization of the change from Go Live to transition to operations
• Displays Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex changes to various stakeholders
• Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influencing stakeholders to embrace change while building relationships
• Problem solving and critical thinking: Proactive in identifying issues and risk, and ability to develop mitigations to address obstacles to launch readiness

• Adoption and Engagement: Achieve high levels of employee adoption and engagement with the new processes, systems, or technologies introduced at launch, ensuring a positive impact
• Risk Mitigation: Minimize launch-related risks through proactive risk management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early, leading to smooth transition

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 6 years experience in change management, project management or organizational development, with at least 3 years focusing on ensuring launch readiness or transitions of major launches
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and working with senior leadership
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
