GCash is seeking a seasoned Change Manager in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end change initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and smooth launches of new capabilities, processes, and systems.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. You will develop strategies, planChange readiness assessments, and drive training programs to minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder engagement during transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and adoption of changes.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration and ensure smooth transitions from Go-Live to operations.

Does

• As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives.
• The role will require working with cross-functional teams to ensure that they are ready and enabled to adopt the changes, while minimizing impact to business and operations to achieve business objectives
• This involves end-to-end change management:
• Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines while ensuring readiness across stakeholders
• Change Impact Assessment: Identify and manage the impact of the changes to the people, process and technology
• Organizational Changes: Ensure that the organizational structure is aligned and sufficient resources are available to operationalize the change
• Process Documentation: Ensure that process changes are agreed and properly documented.
• Training: Identify training needs based on current skills and knowledge of the users and develop programs to build the capabilities required to navigate the change
• Communication & Engagement: Develop clear and consistent messages across the stakeholders. Ensure that the stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the change process
• Data Migration: Ensure that business can operate using migrated data
• Change Readiness Assessment: Ensure that the organization understands the changes and ready to accept them
• Adoption & Operationalization: Ensure the operationalization of the change from Go Live to transition to operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 6 years experience in change management, project management or organizational development, with at least 3 years focusing on ensuring launch readiness or transitions of major launches
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
