Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Change Manager in Metro Manila for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will partner with the Project Manager to lead the people side of change during transitions between applications, ensuring adoption, user performance, and business outcomes are achieved.

You will analyze impacts across people, processes, and technology, identify stakeholders, and develop engagement and training plans. Join a team that values collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in management or business.
• Experience in outsourcing/BPO preferred.
• Project management qualifications highly regarded.
• Direct client interaction or client-facing projects experience.
• High level of stakeholder coordination and management experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role is critical.

Responsibilities

• Assess impacts of system transitions across people, processes, and technology.
• Identify stakeholders and develop engagement strategies tailored to their roles and influence; collaborate with project leadership.
• Develop detailed change management plans with timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; outline communication plan and training needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver clear, consistent communications to impacted stakeholders via emails, presentations, meetings, and intranet updates.
• Assess training needs for impacted groups and deliver training programs to equip users with needed skills.
• Anticipate and address resistance, identify pain points, and support leaders and change champions.
• Continuously track adoption progress, user performance, and business impact; measure key success indicators.

Your Role

As a Change Manager, you partner with the Project Manager to lead the people side of change during the transition from one application to another. You ensure stakeholders are informed, equipped, and supported throughout the process, and that adoption, user performance, and business outcomes are measured and achieved.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Impact Assessment: analyze the impacts of the system transition across people, processes, and technology; identify affected personnel, determine change readiness, and assess risks or barriers to adoption.
• Stakeholder Management: identify stakeholders impacted by the application transition and develop engagement strategies tailored to their roles and influence; collaborate with project leadership to ensure alignment and maintain confidence throughout the change lifecycle.
• Change Planning and Implementation: develop detailed change management plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; outline the change implementation strategy, communication plan, training needs, and resistance management tactics.
• Communications: design, develop, and deliver clear, consistent, and timely communication to impacted stakeholders; use emails, presentations, meetings, and intranet updates.
• Training: assess training needs for impacted groups and develop and deliver training programs to equip users with the needed skills.
• Resistance Management: anticipate and address resistance, identify pain points early, and implement proactive interventions; support leaders and change champions.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: continuously track adoption progress, user performance, and business impact; measure and report key success indicators such as adoption rate, proficiency, and achievement of intended outcomes; adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or business discipline.
• Experience in outsourcing or BPO environment preferred.
• Project Management qualifications highly regarded.
• Direct client interaction or client‑facing projects experience.
• High level of stakeholder coordination and management experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role critical.
