Job description

The Scenario Specialist is a critical enabler of Global Coaching Strategy, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the scenario library that powers coaching role-plays, calibration sessions, and coaching triad programmes across all accounts. This role translates real-world performance challenges into structured role-play experiences — both human-facilitated (triads, Strategic Coaching Forums) and AI-driven (Coaching Copilot, Agent Trainer) — that measurably improve coaching effectiveness and SMART goal quality.

Reports to the Sr. Program Manager within the Global Quality Transformation function. Works closely with the Coaching Copilot technology team, L&D, Operations, and the Regional Adoption Lead. Operates in a cross-functional, matrixed environment partnering with QA Team Leads, Operations Directors, Account Managers, and product teams.
