Job summary

AvePoint Philippines is seeking a motivated IT/PM-oriented graduate for an apprenticeship role in Cebu City. You’ll assist in planning, execution, and finalization of projects, coordinate tasks, and help develop product support strategies.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support and participate in planning, execution, and finalization of projects within deadlines and budget, focusing on core project management aspects.
• Assist in developing and implementing product support strategies.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables under senior project managers' guidance.
• Use knowledge of company software to resolve customer issues and inquiries under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements to products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance and report issues to project managers.
• Provide administrative support and other tasks as needed.

About You
