Qualifications

Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT, Computer Science, or related tertiary qualification
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, or Linux)
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems or customer service platforms (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Customer service orientation with a positive and patient attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional environment
