Job summary

Metrobank is seeking an Enablement and Support Officer to handle core business operations within the Digital Banking Division in the Philippines. The role covers procurement, budgeting, asset management, partner accreditation, and document processing, while also serving as backup for urgent team functions and driving process improvements.

The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness, contribute to training, and support cross-functional tasks to maintain efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business support, operations, or administrative functions.
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and asset accountability processes.
• Basic understanding of operational compliance in financial or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations within Digital Banking.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Manage procurement process and coordinate resource allocation, from requisition to asset management.
• Maintain accountability records for divisional assets and prepare document transmittal requests.
• Provide backup for key Business Systems functions related to people support and governance.
• Support training monitoring and documentation tasks.
• Design, review, and improve operations policies and templates.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical enhancements in line with best practices.
• Conduct or support training sessions for Division team members.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet regulatory and bank policy requirements.
