Mace is seeking a finance professional to support effective financial management, control and advisory services across the business unit and its projects. You will partner with Project Managers to drive performance, provide forward‑looking financial insight and ensure robust internal controls.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasts, revenue and cash flow management, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, preferably including at least 3 years in relevant financial management roles.
• Financial/accounting experience, including financial reporting, internal controls, strategic planning and execution.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with adaptability, attention to detail and confidence working with risk and ambiguity.
