We are looking for a CEO Management Associate who will work closely with the CEO and management team in handling special projects, business initiatives, research, analysis, and cross-functional assignments.

As a CEO Management Associate, you will work closely with the CEO and management team on projects that directly contribute to the company's operations, growth, and improvement.
You will be expected to move between different business functions, understand problems quickly, and help turn management direction into actual execution.
Assist the CEO in planning and executing special projects and strategic initiatives
Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with different departments to gather information and drive project execution
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key action items
Identify project bottlenecks and escape issues requiring management attention
Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and recommendations
Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements
Analyze operational and business information to identify issues and opportunities
Gather data from different departments and translate findings into actionable insights
Research competitors, market trends, business practices, and potential opportunities
Assist in evaluating proposed initiatives and business improvements
Develop structured recommendations based on available data and findings
Help management monitor the progress and impact of key initiatives
Work with HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and other departments
Coordinate with department heads and key personnel regarding assigned projects
Follow up on action items and ensure agreed deliverables are completed
Facilitate communication between teams when projects require cross-functional collaboration
Maintain organized documentation and project trackers
Assist the CEO with research, reports, presentations, and business information
Prepare meeting materials, project updates, and management presentations
Track important action items and follow through on assigned initiatives
Support the CEO in evaluating operational and business concerns
Handle sensitive information and assignments with professionalism and discretion
Perform other strategic and special assignments as directed by the CEO
