Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. is seeking a logistics planning professional to organize and optimize delivery schedules across multiple Philippine sites. The role focuses on accurate, timely planning to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting customer service requirements.

You will collect delivery statuses, verify sales orders in SAP, and manage daily stock coordination. Responsibilities include route planning, master data updates, MIS reporting, and addressing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical) required.
• 3–5 years' experience in logistics planning in compressed gas or related engineering industries preferred.
• Knowledge of distribution concepts and techniques advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and optimize delivery schedules across all sites in the Philippines.
• Collect status of deliveries, trucks and drivers on assigned sites.
• Check sales orders and download from SAP; update status as needed.
• Schedule, release, and confirm route plans to sites; coordinate daily stock management.
• Prepare MIS reports and analytics; propose improvements where applicable.
• Reconcile failed and returned cylinders and address route plan queries.

Job description

• You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing delivery schedules across all sites in the Philippines.
• You ensure that delivery plans are developed accurately and in a timely manner to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery operations while meeting customer service requirements.

What will you do?

• Collect status of deliveries, trucks and driver on his / her assigned sites.
• Check sales orders and download from SAP duelists.
• Send status of sales orders, if clear and/or status orders for clearing.
• Download final sales orders, with static release and attend to daily stock management meeting for paragon route scheduling.
• Perform route plan and release plan to site for confirmation.
• Finalize route plan and send to site for document printing.
• Perform master data updating, MIS reporting & analytics and recommend improvement if needed.
• Prepare report on prior day performance and send to all concern
• Reconcile failed and brought back cylinders.
• Attend to queries regarding route plan.

What we're looking for?

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Degree in engineering discipline e.g. Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical
• Has 3-5 years' experience in logistics planning, compressed gas & engineering compressed gas & engineering industries.
• Good ability to apply Distribution concepts and techniques
• Demonstrated engineering ability and capability
• Preferably with knowledge of logistics processes.
• Has knowledge in Safety System, Orientation of company Policies Systems and Procedures, Defensive Driving,
• Knowledge on Transport Practices Outside the Philippines, Basic Flowmeter Operation, Basic Tanker Filling Operations (Theory) and Basic finance and accounting courses
