Responsibilities

• Monitors received Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
• Updates and inputs dispatch and delivery dates into the ERP System.
• Prepares Receiving Reports for approval by immediate supervisor (DRS/Inventory Adjustments/TPL Billing).
• Creates standard requests for petty cash funds advances and operational purchases in ERP – Acumatica.
• Creates and monitors notices of claims cascaded to every TPL.
• Monitors, encodes and creates receiving reports of all TPL billings for Accounts Payable.
• Monitors and records logistics expenses.
• Encodes and transmits Drivers and Helpers Overtime.
• Prepares monthly easy trip utilization reports and replenishment.
• Performs monthly reconciliation of received invoices and delivery receipts.
• Prepares and monitors Diesel Consumption for all in-house delivery vehicles.
• Ensures all documents are properly filed and documented.
• Monitors and updates TPL Service Agreements.
