Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a security monitoring specialist to oversee CCTV and alarm systems for the safety of personnel and premises in Makati City.

The role involves validating data from alarm systems, watch lists, emails, and logs; coordinating with managers and police when alerts arise; and performing routine tests and reporting to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course; preferably IT or Criminology.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Willing to work on site.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and graveyard shift.
• Willing to enter fixed-term contract.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the CCTV/Alarm System
• Records and reports observations to the Security Monitoring Supervisor
• Coordinate with the concerned manager, other departments as well as police and security agencies once alert signal is received
• Records all incoming alert signals and courses of action
• Conducts regular tests on all alarm systems to determine its efficiency
• Reports to ICT and Alarm contractors for any defective alarm system
• Troubleshoots alarm system to record last activity
• Update base station directory and information

Job description

The position is primarily responsible for monitoring the alarm system/CCTV to ensure the security of the owners, employees and other individual within the company premises. The position is also responsible for gathering and verifying data generated by the alarm system, watch list, e-mails, and counter logs.

• Records and reports observation to the Security Monitoring Supervisor
• Coordinate with the concerned manager, other department as well as police and security agencies once alert signal is received
