Job summary

Cobden and Carter International Inc. on-site in Bulacan requires an experienced Mechanical Execution Maintenance Manager (Cement Plant) with 10+ years in mechanical execution.

You will lead the mechanical team, plan and execute maintenance strategies, manage the shop, and ensure reliability and safety of plant equipment. The role involves developing maintenance plans, coordinating with PM teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10 years experience in mechanical execution.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead mechanical maintenance plans and programs.
• Manage the 13-week master schedule, weekly PMS and daily plans.
• Coordinate with Preventive Maintenance on findings and actions.
• Oversee Machine Shop & Fabrication area operations.
• Provide input to annual department budget and capex planning.
• Ensure safety controls and ISO/IMS alignment in maintenance activities.
