Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project and maintenance engineering in cement plant or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing major maintenance projects and capital improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cement production processes, equipment and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in equipment condition monitoring, vibration analysis and reliability engineering principles.
• Excellent project management skills including scheduling, budgeting and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities across cement plant equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and protocols for all critical plant systems
• Identify, diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and structural equipment issues
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs and project documentation
• Identify opportunities for plant upgrades and implement process improvements
