Holcim Philippines Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting in the Philippines.

The role leads and organizes mechanical maintenance activities, coordinating with 3rd party service providers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of work in compliance with environmental requirements. Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance field works in a manufacturing plant.
• With at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Executes maintenance plans and programs using prepared detailed job plans, technical specifications, machinery history, parts and tools lists, and safety procedures in a very organized fashion in the assigned/focus areas.
• Conducts active supervision of mechanical maintenance activities with adherence to personnel and equipment safety in line with the mechanical section objectives.
• Provides the mechanical maintenance planner with relevant feedback from completed work orders for planning / scheduling improvement.
• Prepares necessary manpower, materials, tools and other resources needed for the execution of work orders.
• Participates in creation of equipment preventive maintenance routine (PMR) plans with corresponding specs / standards.
• Controls and leads in cost management of all work eg. materials wastage, wrong installations, additional manpower and rework.
