Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the maintenance field works in a manufacturing plant.
• With at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Executes maintenance plans and programs using prepared detailed job plans, technical specifications, machinery history, parts and tools lists, and safety procedures in an organized fashion in the assigned/focus areas.
• Conducts active supervision of mechanical maintenance activities with adherence to personnel and equipment safety in line with the mechanical section objectives.
• Provides the mechanical maintenance planner with relevant feedback from completed work orders for planning/scheduling improvement.
• Prepares necessary manpower, materials, tools and other resources needed for the execution of work orders.
• Participates in creation of equipment preventive maintenance routine (PMR) plans with corresponding specs / standards.
• Controls and leads in cost management of all work eg. materials wastage, wrong installations, additional manpower and rework.
