Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with supervisory experience to lead maintenance planning and execution at the Bulacan facility.

The role involves coordinating detailed job plans, safety procedures, and equipment history to ensure reliable plant operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, with at least 2 years in supervision, and hands-on experience in inspections, budgeting, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Registered Mechanical Engineer credential required
• 3–5 years in maintenance in a manufacturing plant, with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
• Experience in maintenance inspections, planning, execution, and budgeting/costing

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute maintenance plans and programs using detailed job plans, specs, history, parts/tools, and safety procedures.
• Conduct RCFA and FMEA to ensure reliability and availability of equipment.
• Provide timely machine condition information by collecting and analyzing data to pre-empt problems.
• Supervise maintenance activities with emphasis on safety per HSE objectives.
• Provide feedback from completed work orders to planning and scheduling for improvement.
