Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist to join Cebu City, onsite. You will review and improve HR programs, benefits (HMO, annual leave), and support payroll coordination, recruitment, records management, attendance, and onboarding.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, maintaining employee records, administering HR documents, assisting with government benefits, and organizing employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
• Knowledge of core HR processes: recruitment, records, attendance, payroll.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor regulations and benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and hiring from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Coordinate payroll-related information.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist government compliance and benefits processing.
• Organize employee engagement events.
• Provide HR support and respond to inquiries.
