Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. is seeking a Field Sales Associate to grow our Cebu territory. You will identify new business opportunities, revive inactive accounts, and ensure sales targets are met through proactive account management and skilled negotiations.

This role requires multi-day trips across Cebu, where you will build strong customer relationships, drive promotions, and manage collections and credit compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome; a motorcycle license is an advantage.

Formación

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years sales experience advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned across Cebu region.
• Valid motorcycle license is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach.
• Achieve sales targets through negotiation and execution of deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth.
• Manage territory coverage, merchandising, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely collections and credit compliance.
