Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a CCTV Operator in the Audit Department to monitor surveillance cameras, inspect footage, and report findings through standardized formats. You will organize and tag audit findings, secure backups for disaster recovery, and generate actionable business intelligence.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; rotating night shifts at our head office in Parañaque City area.
The CCTV Operator in Audit Department regularly inspects CCTV footage using specialized video auditing tools to identify process violations, behavioral patterns, and potential security risks, reporting all findings through standardized formats. The role also involves organizing and tagging audit findings into institutional libraries, securing backups for disaster recovery, and generating actionable business intelligence.
Monitors Surveillance Equipment: Operates and monitors multiple CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to observe and record activities within the designated area.
Maintains Video Records: Documents and maintains a detailed log of all incidents, activities, and irregularities observed during the monitoring process. Keeps accurate records of the time, date, and location of each event.
Responds to Suspicious Activities: Detects and assesses any suspicious or unauthorized activities, intrusions, or security breaches, and take immediate action by notifying the appropriate personnel, such as security guards, law enforcement, or emergency services.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adheres to established standard operating procedures and guidelines for operating CCTV systems, emergency protocols, and security protocols.
Collaborates with Security Team: Works closely with security personnel, team members, and supervisors to provide real-time updates and coordinate response strategies in case of emergencies or security incidents.
Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, IT, Business Admin, or related field
At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in incident reporting and evidence handling.
Strong observation and attention to detail
Willing to work rotating schedules and night shifts
Can work 6 days a week at our Head Office in Marian Road 2, San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City
