Vienovo Philippines, Inc. seeks a CCR/SCADA Operator to operate and monitor the Central Control Room for feedmill production.

You will ensure correct batching, parameter control, and timely response to alarms, coordinating with Production, Maintenance, QA, and field operators to hit production, quality, and safety targets. The role requires experience with PLC/SCADA, and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or related technical course; feedmill experience is a plus.
• 2 years in feedmill or related manufacturing plant.
• Experience in feedmill, manufacturing, process control, or automated production systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA, motor controls, and industrial equipment is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor CCR/SCADA for batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, and conveying processes.
• Monitor production flow, alarms, interlocks and critical parameters.
• Ensure correct formula, batching sequence and product routing.
• Maintain parameters to meet target TPH and output.
• Respond to process abnormalities and alarms promptly.
• Coordinate with field operators and maintenance for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure GMP and feed safety compliance.
• Prevent cross-contamination and wrong-product discharge.
• Record production output, downtime, alarms and deviations.
• Conduct shift turnover and communicate pending issues to next shift.
• Support production to minimize downtime and losses.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and SOPs and maintain CCR housekeeping.
• Perform other CCR-related duties as assigned.
