Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Control Room Operator to ensure efficient operation of Receiving, Batching, Pelleting, and Bagging sections. You will monitor equipment, adjust formulations with QA input, and maintain safety and quality standards across the plant.

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams, prepare shift reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in feed milling processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical) is required.
• Experience in feed milling operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC systems is required.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate receiving system and manage raw materials flow according to production needs.
• Oversee batching, grinding and mixing, and pelletizing operations to meet quality specs.
• Monitor pelleting and fat coating parameters and coordinate with maintenance and QA.
• Coordinate bagging sequence and ensure accuracy of bagging reports to Plant Supervisor.
• Prepare shift production reports and participate in routine maintenance and process improvements.
