Job summary

Vienovo Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to orchestrate daily feedmill production across Production, Maintenance, QA, and Warehouse to minimize downtime and sustain safe, efficient plant operations.

You will plan and monitor production schedules, ensure material and manpower readiness, coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues, uphold GMP standards, and lead problem solving to improve productivity and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• Coordinate daily production schedules based on approved plans and volume commitments.
• Monitor production performance, throughput, line utilization, and downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance regarding equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure production follows approved formulations, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Assign and monitor personnel based on production requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing regarding raw material availability.
• Identify training needs and develop operator competencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules based on approved plans and volume commitments.
• Monitor production output per shift and ensure compliance with production targets.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor production performance, throughput, line utilization, and downtime.
• Prepare daily production reports, including output, downtime, rejection, and operational issues.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance regarding equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor recurring mechanical and electrical problems affecting production.
• Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of equipment abnormalities.
• Ensure production follows approved formulations, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA regarding product quality issues, rejected products, and process deviations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Assign and monitor personnel based on production requirements.
• Ensure proper shift turnover, attendance monitoring, and task assignments.
• Identify training needs and develop operator competencies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing regarding raw material availability.
• Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate product transfers to prevent warehouse congestion.
• Immediately escalation material shortages and limited storage capacity that may affect production continuity.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and proper equipment operation.
• Participate in root cause analysis of production losses, downtime, and quality issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
