Job summary

Vienovo Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Central Control Room (CCR) Operator to monitor and control the feed mill's SCADA-based systems, ensuring safe, continuous production and optimal performance.

You will oversee batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and material handling, respond to alarms, document production data, and coordinate with production, maintenance, and field operators to maintain quality, GMP compliance, and safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required or related field.
• Experience with SCADA/PLC-based automation is advantageous.
• Experience in feed mill or process industries preferred.
• Proficient in standard computer applications and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the SCADA system for safe, efficient production.
• Control batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and material handling per schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance; respond to alarms and deviations promptly.
• Coordinate with field operators, maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with formulations, GMP, safety and quality standards.
• Record production data, downtime, alarms, and activities in shift logs.
• Report abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Conduct proper shift handovers and communicate status to the next operator.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and process performance.
